Wellplex Conditioner restructures and bonds damaged hair back to its natural state
of beauty. It is infused with hydrating organic cold-pressed hemp seed oil, plumping
hyaluronic acid, and fiber-hance that all work synergistically to create additional
hydrogen and ionic bonds inside the hair structure while restoring the follicle with

Instructions: After shampooing, apply Conditioner on wet hair and massage into
